Due to the unreasonable design, if there is no designed vent hole or vent hole is too small, the internal pressure of the reducer cannot be balanced with the external pressure, resulting in leakage of the lubricant.
In order to prevent the oil leakage of the reducer, the design should be improved. An aeration device should be added to the observation hole cover and the filler hole cover of the reducer to ensure that the internal and external pressures in the tank are balanced and the air flow is smooth.
Also do maintenance work often check and clean up, reducer through hole, proper amount of oil, overhaul maintenance box subdivision surface, severe deformation replaced.
