The LT rail of the crane must be fixed on the travel beam, and the trolley rail must be fixed on the main beam. When the crane is running, the track cannot move horizontally and vertically, and the track should be easy to adjust.
1. QU80
The heavy machine track model QU80 refers to the QU series and 80 refers to the width of the track surface.
The selection of crane rails is as follows:
Wheel Diameter (mm) | 200 | 300 | 400 | 500 | 600 | 700 | 800 | 900 |
Crane Rail | / | / | / | / | / | QU70 | QU70 | QU80 |
Rail Model | P15 | P18 | P24 | P38 | P38 | P43 | P43 | P50 |
Square Rail | 40*40 | 50*50 | 60*60 | 80*80 | 80*80 | 90*90 | 90*90 | 100*100 |
P rail (rail width mm) | 40 | 50 | 60 | 70 | 80 | 90 | 90 | 100 |
Crane rails include special rails, railway rails, square rails and P-type rails; square rails are relatively worn on wheels, and are rarely used now; most cranes and trucks use P-type rails.
Among them, QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120, etc. are crane rails, which are several types of rails commonly used by large cranes. The numbers represent the width of the rail surface.
The lengths of this series of rails are 9m, 9.5m, 10m, 10.5m, 11m, 11.5m, 12m, 12.5m, and the lengths of the short rails are 6m~8.9m (graduated by 100mm).
The theoretical weight of QU70 rail is 52.77kg/m, the theoretical weight of QU80 rail is 64.41kg/m, the theoretical weight of QU100 rail is 89.05kg/m.
2. P43
P9, P12, P15, P18, P22, P24, P43, etc. belong to hot-rolled light rail, and the value represents its theoretical weight per meter.
There are also 38kg/m, 43kg/m, 50kg/m, 60kg/m, and 75kg/m rails that are heavy rails.
3.Technology and Safety
1. Safety inspection of the track: Check the track, bolts and plywood for cracks, loosening and corrosion. If cracks are found, they should be replaced in time, and other defects should be repaired in time. The main inspection tool is a line track flaw detector.
2. Track measurement and adjustment:
(1) The linearity of the track can be checked by pulling the wire, that is, pulling a 0.5mm steel wire on the rails at both ends of the track, and then measuring point by point by means of a hanging wire hammer. The interval between the measuring points can be about 2m. .
(2) The elevation of the track can be measured with a spirit level.
(3) The span of the track can be checked with a steel tape measure or an infrared measuring instrument. The allowable deviation of the bridge crane gauge is ±5mm; the longitudinal inclination of the track is 1/1500, and the allowable deviation of the two rails relative to the elevation is 10mm.
(4) For the joint of the track, the track can be made into a direct head or a 45° inclined joint. A miter joint allows for a smooth transition of the wheel at the joint. Generally, the gap of the joint is 1~2mm. In cold areas, the influence of temperature on the gap should be considered, generally 4~6mm. The height difference between the two rails at the joint shall not be greater than 1mm.
