Sinokocranes Comparison Of Flexible KBK Crane And Rigid KBK Crane

DATE : September29, 2021
Share :

KBK combined crane system is composed of supporting steel structure, fixed rail, main beam, electric hoist, power supply system, system and other main components.

The kbk crane is used for material transportation between work units. It is simple and reliable to use, portable and positionable, and reduces the labor intensity of workers.

The high-quality cold-rolled steel and sturdy truss structure can ensure the reliability of operation, and can guarantee a longer service life under the condition of maintenance.

1. The structure itself:

Rigid kbk crane: The connection between the I-beam and the profile rail, and the connection between the profile rail and the main beam are rigid;

Flexible kbk crane: the connection between the I-beam and the profiled rail, and the connection between the profiled rail and the main beam are all flexible;

2. Support center (center distance between columns):

Rigid kbk crane: self-supporting type: 6m-9m; suspended type: 1.6m-9m;

Flexible kbk crane: related to the lifting capacity, generally 30cm-3m;

3. Span of main beam:

Rigid kbk crane: up to 9m, main girder up to 10m;

Flexible kbk crane: related to the lifting capacity, 1 ton: 7m, main girder 8m; 2 tons: double girder, electric operation;

4. Clearance height:

Rigid kbk crane: embedded hanger, saving headroom;

Flexible kbk crane: higher headroom, relatively small lifting height;

5. Walking:

Rigid kbk crane: the main girder moves on the left and right, which is easy to locate;

Flexible kbk crane: different walking, difficult to locate;

6. Requirements for rigid structure:

Rigid kbk crane: has a truly self-supporting structure; longer support center saves steel structure;

Flexible kbk crane: requires an additional set of steel structure support; suspended type requires more steel structure.
