Core Challenge:

Manual handling of heavy engine blocks, transmissions, and chassis components caused workflow bottlenecks (avg. 45-min delay per repair job) and safety risks.

The existing chain cranes lack accuracy in lifting parts (such as electric vehicle battery packs), which subsequently leads to equipment damage.

The harsh Russian winter (with temperatures dropping to minus 25 degrees Celsius) causes the ordinary crane lubricants to freeze, thus resulting in equipment shutdown.

Automotive Repair-Specific Engineering

  • Cold-resistant wire rope hoist:

It uses steel cables resistant to severe cold (-30°C). This prevents the cables from freezing and breaking. The surface is also coated with an anti-icing layer to prevent moisture absorption.

Dual braking system (mechanical braking + electromagnetic braking) ensures the safety of the load in case of power failure.

  • Thermal compensation runway beam:

It uses low-alloy steel beams and is equipped with expansion joints, which can adapt to temperature changes ranging from -25°C to +40°C and prevent track misalignment.

  • Precision Load Positioning:

VFD-controlled hoisting (0.05–8 m/min speed range) enables millimeter-accurate placement of delicate components (e.g., sensors, hybrid powertrains).

  • Space-Optimized Design:

Low-headroom trolley maximizes vertical clearance (10m lift height in 12m-tall workshop).
