Electric Hoist Crane 10 ton

The 10 ton electric hoist crane consists of a sturdy frame, a traveling mechanism for horizontal movement, and a hoisting mechanism for vertical lifting. The electric hoist is designed to handle heavy loads with ease and provides reliable performance.

1. Hoist motor: Crane uses sturdy cylindrical/ conical rotor pole-changing motors with elegant continuous cast aluminum sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection;

2. Limit Switches : To prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook;

3. Soft Starts : Electric / Electronic soft start modules electrically coupled to the long travel drives to achieve jerk free, cushioned & smooth starts;

4. Maintenance Platform With Hand Railing : Easy, simple and safe maintenance of the crane extended partially or totally along the girder;

5. Painting: Every component & part is thoroughly scrubbed & painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.

1. High reliability, safety, free maintenance rate;

2. Compact design, small size, low dead weight, low headroom, low noise;
