An electromagnetic hanging beam overhead crane is an essential piece of engineering equipment in many different industries. It is designed to provide a safe and efficient way to move large and heavy items from one location to another. This type of crane is usually referred to as an EHBOC (electromagnetic hanging beam overhead crane).
Electromagnetic hanging beam overhead crane mainly consists of bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment and electromagnet. When used, the rotary part of the hanger of electromagnetic disk must be locked up with screws and no rotation is allowed.
The main component of an EHBOC is the electromagnetic suspension, which consists of two beams that are suspended above the ground. These beams are typically constructed with steel or aluminum and are fitted with electromagnets. The magnetic field created by the electromagnets allows the EHBOC to stay in place while still moving items along its track.
This type crane is heavy duty type with working duty is A6~A7, crane lifting capacity includes the dead weight of magnetic lifters.

The material of steel plate adopts Q235B, if working temperature lower-20℃ or higher +40℃,adopts Q345 steel, all steel plates are under the process of rolling, shot blasting and rust removal, then paint primer.
