Monorail EOT Crane

Monorail EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Crane is a type of industrial crane that is designed to move along a single rail track, which is typically installed on the ceiling or a structure within a factory or warehouse.

The Monorail EOT Crane consists of a hoist trolley that moves along the monorail track, which is supported by a single girder that is suspended from the ceiling or structure. The hoist trolley can move in both the horizontal and vertical directions, and can lift loads up to 10 tons.

The construction of entire machine is simple, which is divided into four parts: main beam, end truck, lifting unit and electric controller on the foundation of the maximum function by minimum component. The entire machine is free from maintenance.

Variable frequency control provides controlled acceleration and deceleration for smoother operation- cables connect to bridge motors, power and pendant control for easy assemblyTotally enclosed helical bridge reducer motors are sized to provide better performance and longer life

Advantages

Monorail EOT Crane has the advantages of compact dimensions, low building clearance, light weight, and low wheel pressure.
