Furnace Charging Crane

Sinoko charging cranes is well-protected from the flames and radiated heat of the furnace, as well as the brief, intense heat of the charge itself.   Since the load is molten steel, safety and reliability are absolutely essential.   Our charging cranes usually have four girders supporting a single double trolley or can be tailored as required, with a lifting capacity up to 800 tons.

1. Adopt Siemens PLC and Siemens inverter for control and drive. At the same time, Profinet is used for communication between PLC and inverter. With communication detection function, it can detect the working status of each station in real time.

2. Install a monitoring system to monitor the working status of the crane in real time.

3. The lifting mechanism of the loader adopts a redundant system design to ensure the safety and reliability of lifting the liquid metal.

4. It adopts wireless transmission and electronic scale to transmit the weight of liquid metal in real time.

5. Each crane is designed with an electrical room, and an electric fan is installed in the electrical room to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electrical equipment.

6. The main and auxiliary trolleys realize unmanned automatic lifting of bags, saving costs.

7. The overall design structure is light and compact.

8. Low height, light self-weight, small hook limit and large working range.

9. High quality parts, durable, safe and reliable.

10. Less maintenance and repair costs.

11. The total power of the crane is small and the energy consumption is low.

12. Frequency conversion speed regulation, stable lifting and small impact.
